Veterans Center for Business & Entrepreneurs

A dedicated hub for veterans looking to launch or grow their businesses, explore new career paths, or further their education. Our center offers:

Starting a new business or need support for an existing one? We offer free resources to help you succeed, including:

βœ” One-on-One Business Counseling – Weekly sessions at the Chamber office with SCORE and the Massachusetts Small Business Development Center (call 508-830-1620 to schedule)

βœ” Workshops & Technical Assistance – Free educational sessions and hands-on support for veteran entrepreneurs

βœ” Financing Assistance – Guidance in securing funding, including connections to SBA lenders offering the Patriot Loan Program for veteran-owned businesses

Veteran Entrepreneurship Training & Resource Network (VETRN)

The VETRN program, in partnership with Northeastern University’s D’Amore-McKim School of Business, offers tuition-free entrepreneurship training for Massachusetts veterans, National Guard members, reservists, and their families. Designed for those who own or aspire to start a business, the program provides expert-led coursework, mentorship, and hands-on training to equip veterans with the skills needed for business success. Participants gain valuable insights in business planning, finance, marketing, and leadershipβ€”culminating in opportunities for mentorship, funding connections, and continued support.
