Veterans Center for Business & Entrepreneurs
A dedicated hub for veterans looking to launch or grow their businesses, explore new career paths, or further their education. Our center offers:

✔ Support for Veteran-Focused Initiatives – Assistance for individuals and organizations developing programs that positively impact the veteran community

Starting a new business or need support for an existing one? We offer free resources to help you succeed, including:
✔ One-on-One Business Counseling – Weekly sessions at the Chamber office with SCORE and the Massachusetts Small Business Development Center (call 508-830-1620 to schedule)
✔ Workshops & Technical Assistance – Free educational sessions and hands-on support for veteran entrepreneurs
✔ Financing Assistance – Guidance in securing funding, including connections to SBA lenders offering the Patriot Loan Program for veteran-owned businesses

Veteran Entrepreneurship Training & Resource Network (VETRN)
The VETRN program, in partnership with Northeastern University’s D’Amore-McKim School of Business, offers tuition-free entrepreneurship training for Massachusetts veterans, National Guard members, reservists, and their families. Designed for those who own or aspire to start a business, the program provides expert-led coursework, mentorship, and hands-on training to equip veterans with the skills needed for business success. Participants gain valuable insights in business planning, finance, marketing, and leadership—culminating in opportunities for mentorship, funding connections, and continued support.
