The Plymouth Chamber of Commerce’s Advocacy efforts focus on representing and supporting the interests of local businesses at the local, state, and federal levels.   • “At Shelly’s Tea Room, authenticity is everything. Since moving from England in 2022, we’ve worked hard to bring a true English tea room experience to Plymouth. As we’ve grown and begun franchising, we needed a Franchise Training & Menu Director with deep knowledge of English tea culture—its language, customs, and nuances. Our daughter is ideally suited for the role, but we require a visa to employ her due to the specialized expertise involved. USCIS asked whether these skills are readily available in the U.S.—they’re not.
