Tourism Committee
Mission:
To act as a facilitator between the various tourism organizations and groups in the region. Our main mission is to maintain an active dialogue to ensure all parties are working together for the best interest of this vital industry. This committee is exploring additional opportunities to expand the involvement of the Chamber with tourism efforts.

Economic Development Committee
Mission:
To monitor and encourage regional economic development. To facilitate positive cooperation among town boards and the business community. To be an advocate for the business community on issues of common interest. The efforts of the Committee have brought about several significant changes to improve economic growth and stability.

Business Education Collaborative
Mission:
To improve the future quality of our region’s workforce, by assisting our educational system in its mission today. The Collaborative encourages and facilitates the involvement of the business community in the school system.

Membership Committee
Mission:
To act as mentors to new Chamber Members. To enlarge & retain the membership of the Chamber. To provide customer service to existing Members & encourage their involvement.

Government Affairs Committee
Mission: The Plymouth Area Chamber of Commerce Government Affairs Committee will serve to educate members on political and legislative issues at both the state and local level, which may be of importance to the Chamber and its members.
