Park Plymouth
Two Part-time seasonal Parking Meter Collections/Enforcement positions available in Plymouth. Duties include supervised daily meter collections, maintenance and enforcement. Successful candidates will work 3 - 4 hrs each morning Mon-Fri and one 6-8 hr shift on either Saturday or Sunday. Training provided, $12/hr.
Candidates must have a High School Diploma or G.E.D. Certificate, a valid Massachusetts Drivers License, excellent math and customer service skills, be able to pass a criminal record check and have a verifiable and satisfactory work history.

Watch All Pest Management
Reporting to the Regional Sales Manager, the Pest Control Sales Representative is responsible for business development and outside sales in assigned territory. This is done through soliciting contacts, following up on leads generated by marketing campaigns, and responding to unsolicited leads that come from the direct marketplace in order to sell Watch All’s pest management solutions and services. The Sales Representative sells Watch All services using technical, organizational, and client knowledge to influence commercial clients within their assigned territory and assist them in applying the service to their needs. Through development of relationships with current customers, identifies opportunities to up-sell and cross-sell services. Additionally assists with customer retention.
We require a Bachelor’s degree and at least 3 years of professional field selling experience or a combination of education and work experience, preferably with an emphasis on selling pest management services; a proven track record of direct sales, an understanding of the sales cycle, including the ability to qualify and develop opportunities, overcome objections, and provide follow-through; demonstrated ability to up sell and cross-sell to existing clients preferred. Must enjoy building relationships and have strong ability to sell a concept/service in a consultative, solution-focused manner.
The successful candidate will be a high energy self-starter who works well as part of a team and is able to work under the pressure of short deadlines. The Sales Representative must be capable of meeting the requirement of making a minimum of 8-10 contacts per day and able to pass the Massachusetts core pesticide license examination within 3 months of employment.
Responsibilities include:
- Identifying viable prospects within assigned territory. Making creative calls in person and by telephone to obtain new commercial customers. Seeking referrals for residential and commercial services from both prospective and existing customers.
- Diagnosing prospect problems, determining appropriate corrective service and maintenance contract service, relating service to customer needs, establishing Watch All’s value, and selling solutions and services.
- Generating proposals and presentations, and negotiating and closing the sale.
- Assisting with retention of customers. Making on-site visits and follow-up calls to “sold customers” to determine satisfaction with service, to develop relationships, and to follow up on leads. Following-up with cancelled accounts as requested.
- Developing relationships with decision makers within prospective companies to advance the relationship to the next level.
- Maintaining relationships with existing clients to up-sell and cross-sell, and for the purpose of getting references.
- As requested, collecting outstanding balances and help enforce District and Company credit terms.
- Maintaining knowledge of Watch All’s solutions and services through self-study, attendance at technician training meetings, and preparation for receiving requisite pesticide license within 3 months of hire.
- May be required to perform service work on a limited basis.
